Why Do You Sweat?
Sweating is a natural bodily function that serves to regulate internal body temperature. When sweat reaches the surface of the skin, it is initially odorless, but upon exposure to oxygen, the lipids and proteins present in the secretion can break down, resulting in an unpleasant odor.
The aluminum-free deodorant made in the Herbsgarden workshop prevents this breakdown process, providing reliable odor control for 8-12 hours.
Using Aluminum-Free Deodorant:
Don't fall for advertising claims; there is no 24-hour or especially 48-hour natural deodorant! If you don't sweat much, then once a day application may indeed suffice, but if you're a bit sweatier type, we recommend applying it twice a day thinly. Deodorant is not antiperspirant! A good natural deodorant properly nurtures and effectively protects against unpleasant odors.
The essence of aluminum-free, natural deodorant is to allow the body to detoxify. If you haven't used one before, expect a two-week adjustment period during which your body may produce more or less sweat than usual. If you've been using the deodorant for a while, you'll notice that the amount of sweat gradually decreases.

If your skin is sensitive, it's better to choose the Lavender deodorant. The product may stain dark clothing, but it can be washed out at 40 degrees Celsius. Also available with Fresh Spring scent.
